Keeping the Spirit

In this crazy world where everyone seems to have their own agenda, belief or various outlook on life I sometimes find it tremendously difficult to keep my spirits up at the same consistently positive level where it should be. More often than not though, it's not "other" people that plague me, but the thoughts that swirl around endlessly in my head. In an attempt to train my mind to do what I tell it to do, I have started to mediate. I fall asleep more than seventy percent of the time, but yet I persevere. I have decided to make a designated mediation spot where I can go and sit down and practice meditating. Check out the benefits of meditation as listed on the website www.healthandyoga.com
